CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
An order placed can be cancelled only before the order has been dispatched. To cancel an order, please send us an email with your order id on support@banarasirang.com
A refund for a cancelled order will be processed within 1-2 working days and the bank may take up to 7-8 working days to credit the amount to your account.
Once an order is delivered, if you wish to return a product, you may do so within 3 days of receiving the product. To return an order, please send us an email with your Order id and a reason for the return on support@banarasirang.com. The product needs to be kept intact in its original packing form. We will arrange a delivery person to come and pick up the product from your address within 2-3 working days of confirming the return.
A refund for a returned order will be processed within 1-2 working days after the product has been picked up from your address and the bank may take up to 7-8 working days to credit the amount to your account. In the case of COD orders, we will require your bank account details to process the payment.
No return/cancellation will be applicable on discounted products or products under any special promotion/ sale.
Since every product on our portal is unique. So, we don’t have an exchange policy. Therefore, no products is eligible for exchange.
